Barristers' Chambers Limited (BCL) provides chambers, internet and telephony facilities and services to members of the Victorian Bar. It was established in 1959 and is owned by the Victorian Bar.
The BCL network provides members in BCL and other chambers with access to high speed Internet and email. A great deal of information is provided on this site or you can contact the Helpdesk.
The BCL telephone network is available to members of the Victorian Bar. It provides free calls internally to BCL tenants and Clerks. If you would like information about the system you can contact the Technician on 9225 7933.
