After Hours Support

For emergency service requests outside of business hours please call the after hours Service Desk on 9225 8888 and follow the prompts for:

  • Emergency access to chambers (Note: For leased buildings, their on-site security do not have access to chambers or lift lobby doors).
  • Emergency technology support for BCL network or service outages.
  • Emergency property support (e.g. flood, electricity or air-conditioning outage).
  • If your call is not answered please leave a voicemail and if it is an emergency we will return your call as soon as possible.

Contact the BCL Service Desk by calling 03 9225 8888. (If your call is not answered immediately, please leave a message to ensure we can contact you).

Step 2:

Complete this form within 12 hours of major incidents and 24 hours of minor incidents and near misses.
