This unique floor plan differs from most other BCL floors. It was originally operated as a serviced office for non Bar members through Opus Workspaces, BCL’s wholly owned subsidiary, which officially closed on 30 June 2026.
Chambers fees start at $1,677 per month, with applications to join this BCL Managed Floor now open.

Brand new joinery has been installed based on room size and configuration at no cost to floor members.
Toshiba multi-function machine with A4 and A3 printing, high speed scanning, printing and photography. Paper, toner, support and maintenance are all included. Joinery has been designed and installed in Natural Oak Ravine finish based on each individual room’s size and configuration.
The floor is open to inspect between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Rooms are listed on the Vacant Chambers page and awarded in accordance with the Chamber Rules of Occupancy.
