Operating under a service agreement, packages range from recruitment and employee management to the procurement and management of billable services and consumables.
We will work in partnership with you to recruit, manage and develop the appropriate Managed Floor Associate for your floor, with BCL managing the employment life cycle. This salary cost will then be incoporated will all other billable charges to form one monthly bill that is shared across your floor on an annual basis.

A Managed Floor Associate is a BCL employee who is employed for your group to meet the skills and competencies you need for your floor. From providing a professional reception for your clients, floor management and secretarial support, your Associate is also a direct connect to BCL’s services and engages BCL’s Service Desk, Technology, Property and Finance areas on your behalf.
As part of a broader team of Managed Floor Associates, BCL will manage the employment lifecycle, including learning and development, performance management and payroll.
