If your call is urgent and made outside of business hours follow the prompts for:

  • Access to chambers.
  • Technology support for BCL network or service outages.
  • Property support (e.g. flood, electricity or air-conditioning outage).
  • If your call is not answered please leave a voicemail and we will return your call.

Complete this form within 12 hours of major incidents and 24 hours of minor incidents and near misses.
