As part of a broader team of Managed Floor Associates, BCL will manage the employment lifecycle, including learning and development, performance management and payroll.

Fixed and billable services

We can procure and manage a number of fixed-cost and billable services on your behalf including printers, artbank, consumables such as coffee, tea and milk and other subscriptions as required.

Cost-effective monthly contributions

Package costs can be shared across floors or groups, ensuring you receive the level of service best suited to your needs and budget. Payment and administration are streamlined with one consolidated monthly contribution for all fixed, pay as you go and consumable inclusions.
