All electronic key cards and devices for chambers are purchased outright and are the property of the occupant.
Any physical keys issued to occupants remain the property of BCL and are to be returned upon vacating.
We will automatically update your chamber location on your Victorian Bar profile when you move.

Monthly rent is due and payable electronically one month in advance on the 1st of each month.

BCL provides barristers with a variety of business insurances available through our partners Express Insurance (a corporate Authorised representative of Edgewise Insurance Brokers) and Berkley Insurance Australia (Berkley).
Express has negotiated with Berkley a higher level of coverage than what an individual would access on their own and we encourage you to compare your current level of cover to see whether this insurance would suit your needs.
At no additional cost to our occupants, BCL has purchased Public Liability Insurance up to $30,000,000 (sum insured) which applies to all BCL chambers.
This policy has been arranged by Andrew Marshall of Edgewise Insurance Brokers, Melbourne and is valid until 1 September 2020.
