Paul Clark
Paul Clark
CEO & Managing Director

Paul joined BCL as CEO and Managing Director in March 2018.


Paul has led large teams across a diverse range of industries ranging from large banks and government utilities to an ASX listed global technology company. He has over thirty years experience in improving the performance of these businesses through significant cultural and structural change combined with a focus on executing strategy.


Paul is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and FINSIA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course and the INSEAD AVIRA programme. He has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT and an Executive MBA from the University of New South Wales.

Chief Financial Officer

John joined BCL in August 2019 as Chief  Financial Officer and comes to BCL with over 20 years of experience in the property, funds management and professional services industries.


John has lead property finance teams in both listed and unlisted entities in global organisations in both Australia and the USA.  He has extensive experience in running finance functions with a strong focus on systems, process improvement and change management.


John is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University

Cheryl Kirk Hogan

General Manager

Cheryl joined BCL as General Manager in May 2018 and brings extensive experience in Strategic and Operational Leadership with a strong commitment to client and professional services.


Cheryl’s career extends to various senior leadership roles in leading and managing multi-faceted programs, Transformational Change, and large teams across various industries, business and professional services. With experience in strategic management and design, process re-design, people management, marketing, managing operations, leading large teams servicing various client segments, professional services, banking and technology sectors.


Cheryl holds qualifications in Business, Post Graduate Business Management and a Master’s degree in Management.

Ben Naughtin
Ben Naughtin
Head of Property

Ben joined BCL as Head of Property in December 2019 and brings over 18 years of leadership across various property sectors including commercial, retail, industrial and education.


Throughout his career, Ben has been instrumental in the delivery of major capital work programs, together with developing and implementing operational strategies across asset management, property operations and facilities management.


With extensive experience and success in working in complex operational environments with premium service standards and customer operational requirements.


Ben has a Master’s degree in Property Development and has been a key note speaker for the Property Council of Australia on many instances.

Daniel Calleja
Daniel Calleja
Head of Technology

Daniel has been with BCL since 2015 and has experience in managing IT infrastructure and systems.


Daniel brings with him over 10 years experience working in the commercial property sector and has driven improvements in service delivery, cyber security and the way end users interact using various technologies.


Leading BCL’s internal team and subject matter experts, Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science, a Masters’ Degree in Business Information Technology (MBIT) and a series of industry specific certifications.

Hayley March
Hayley March
People & Client Services Manager

Hayley joined BCL as the People and Client Services Manager in July 2019.


Prior to joining BCL, Hayley worked for more than 12 years across the Victorian Justice System.


Hayley’s experience extends to various positions across Victoria Police, Youth Justice and Adult Corrections working on major projects across IT, Workforce Planning, Learning and Development, Performance Management and Leadership Development. Hayley is also an experienced facilitator and an accredited trainer and assessor.


Hayley has a strong commitment to people management, system innovation and best practice approaches.  Hayley is currently completing the Juris Doctor program at RMIT University.
