  • Registration needs to be complete prior to utilising Business Centre facilities. This process takes 24 hours from receipt of the completed registration form
  • All Business Centre applications received are subject to a check of previous account history to ensure all current and previous accounts are up to date and paid in full, as per Barristers Chambers terms and conditions
  • All members need to have a functioning Vic Bar email account, if you do not already have a Vic Bar email account, one will be set up as part of the registration process
  • All rooms are booked on a half day minimum basis by timeslot – Monday to Friday (Slot 1 – 8.30 to 12.30, Slot 2 – 1 to 5pm) and are subject to availability and a valid membership
  • 24 hours’ notice is required for all bookings. Any requests for bookings on a Monday morning need to be received by 12pm the Friday before
  • Catering is available although 24 hours’ notice is required from receipt of order
  • 24 hours notice is required for changes or cancellations to bookings and/or catering orders, otherwise the booking and/or catering order will be charged as per the original order/booking
  • Invoices will be raised monthly for costs incurred during that month and are due and payable when they are received
  • Payments need to be made via direct debit to the card or account nominated on the registration form
  • The first months membership and locker charges will be pro-rated dependent on the date of registration
  • A valid membership is where the account is paid up to date
  • Where a membership becomes invalid, the respective Vic Bar email account will be disabled for the duration of the Membership remaining invalid
  • As this is a trial, certain elements of the offer could be made available from different dates and BCL reserves the right to make changes to the proposal at its discretion
