In April 2017, BCL commenced a brand new initiative to provide client’s the opportunity to provide feedback directly in BCL’s CEO, various Board members and key team members in a relaxed forum.
We’ve invited clients from a range of different chambers to come into the BCL offices and enjoy lunch with our CEO and Managing Director and various members of our Board.
Our main objective for these lunches is to receive general client feedback on general items as well as upcoming projects from the IT, Facilities Management or Finance Departments. It has also proved an excellent opportunity for us to understand client’s opinions and experiences, so that we can improve and understand what service we need to enhance or further provide.
It’s also a great way to expand the BCL community, where barristers can meet some key people in our company as well as some of our managers, over a cup of tea and a sandwich. We also enjoy being able to introduce barristers to other barristers from different chambers. Overall, it gives us a chance to understand the Voice of Client better.
