Tenancy of BCL chambers is offered on standard terms and conditions to which tenants must agree as a condition of occupancy.
Chambers Allocation Policy
This policy explains the seniority rule and the exceptions that may be made to it in the following circumstances:
a) Group Applications
b) Room Expansion
c) Additional Rooms
d) Swapping Chambers
e) Shared Facilities
f) Special Circumstances
Public Liability Policy
Public Liability Insurance - Public Liability Insurance up to $20M (sum insured) is included free of charge to all members of the Bar in BCL Chambers.
Independent Chambers IT Policy
Tenants in BCL Chambers may take advantage of preferential chambers insurance covering the contents of their chambers. This can be extended to cover belongings whilst in transit or on circuit, etc.The above policy is valid from 1st March 2012 to 1st March 2013.
